REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidates must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder.

· A total of 3-5 years of BPO experience, customer service and communications training, a foundation skills trainer.

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Amenable to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
