Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:




  1. Manage the overall operations of the branch to ensure meeting of sales targets; ensure that customer needs are addressed according to company policies and that branch policies and system are strictly implemented




  2. Account Receivable Management




  3. Dealer Recruitment and Selection




  4. Dealer\\\\\\\'s Training and Development




  5. Cash and Asset Management




  6. Inventory Management




  7. Customer Service




  8. Talent Management and Development






REQUIREMENTS:


  • Graduate of any 4-year course.

  • At least 2.5 year(s) experience in sales (fast-moving consumer goods, insurance, retail, etc.) in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

  • Very solicitous, friendly, considerate, and attentive to clients\\\\\\\' needs and have a high sense of initiative and urgency.

  • Have very good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Thrive in challenges.
