As a management trainee, you are tasked to perform an acting capacity role for a team leader post or an account manager. For three months, you will be trained as an outbound sales agent in order to acquaint you with the kind of job your subordinates carry out.

Must possess a Bachelor\\\'s degree in any course
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in any leadership post from any industry
Good communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results oriented and willing to learn.
