We are in need of Customer Service Associate for a business account in Japan

Responsibilities:
-Interact effectively with customers on behalf of the organization.
-Provide relevant information about products and services
-Respond to customer complaints and needs in a professional, service-oriented manner maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction
-Grow and nurture customer relationships on each and every call that result in measurable customer value

Requirements:
-Must be able to write and speak fluently in both Japanese and English
-At least 1 year working experience in the BPO industry or any customer service related field
-Excellent customer service with strong administrative & follow-up skills
-Results driven with exceptional quality focus
-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application
-Good team player
-Able to work independently (no supervision required)
-Must be ready to start ASAP
